Many New Families Show an Interest in Pack 285
Thank you to both Jason Blalock, Cub Master, and Roger Boyd, Bear Den Leader, for coming out on Friday afternoon to staff the Pack 285 booth at the Amana Academy 2015 Club Expo!
Placing our booth next to the very popular Chess Club was a stroke of genius and interested the number of families we were able to speak with about cub scouting. All total fourteen new families signed an interest form and will be contacted next week by our leadership team.
It's not too late to express interest!
This coming Friday, 8/28 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM is Rally Night! Join us at Amana Academy to meet our den leaders as well as other cub scouting families. The boys will have a chance to work on several projects while the adults discuss den meeting schedules, complete paperwork, and accept fee payments. Returning scouts as well as new scouts are invited. Also remember that Pack 285 accepts scouts from other schools in Fulton County so feel free to invite neighbors or other non-Amana friends.
