Pack Meeting this Friday!
Pack 285 will be meeting at 6:30PM (not 6:00PM) to allow extra time for set-up. Why?
Because it's CARNIVAL TIME!
As part of the new Bear achievements, our third grade scouts must host a carnival of their own development. From set-up to development and operation of the games to clean-up, the Bear Den will be leading the night's activities. Please eat dinner before you come but come ready to play fun games! Then grab a snack at the concession stand (bring your $1 bills)!
Returning Families (if you were a scouting family LAST YEAR) it's time to pay your annual dues. Pack 285 has already remitted your dues to the Atlanta Area Council which means that the bank account is running low. If you haven't already paid your adult dues (any parent who was Youth Protection Trained/Registered last year) or your son's dues, please do as ASAP.
Youth Dues are $112. Registered Parent Dues are $24.
Payments can be made by check made payable to Pack 285 and given to Melisssa Blalock at the Friday meeting or PAY NOW using this link to our PayPal account:

January Pack Meeting - Friday, 1/8 @ 6:30PM - Amana Academy
It's snowing inside Amana Academy on January 8th! Although this is our third annual Snowpaloosa, we are doubling the fun this year by teaming up with Crossroads Atlanta. If your family wishes to participate in the BIGGEST INDOOR SNOWBALL GAME EVER then please bring one large package of new white men's athletic socks for each team player or share within your family. The more socks you bring, the more fun you will have...guaranteed! These socks will be used in the BIGGEST INDOOR SNOWBALL GAME EVER and then donated to Crossroads Atlanta for use by their patrons. Can't imagine how that would work? Well come out to the pack meeting and let us show you.
